The role oversees daily tasks of the operations team, supervises student staff, and delivers high-quality customer service to AU students, faculty, staff, and visitors.

The incumbent will help ensure service points open on time, monitor safety, coordinate building maintenance, and assist with events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• Prior library or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
