Job summary

Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours and present rental units to prospective tenants, highlighting key features.
• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits with accurate information.
• Assist applicants with rental applications and process leases in compliance with policies and law.
• Maintain knowledge of market rents and competitor offerings to position properties.
• Coordinate with management and maintenance to prepare units for occupancy and address tenant concerns.
• Track leasing activity and prepare reports on occupancy and progress.
• Promote community events and amenities to enhance tenant engagement.
• Be available on weekends and during evenings as needed.
