BH Management, LLC is seeking a Part-Time Leasing Consultant to create an exceptional experience for prospective and current residents by marketing the community, generating and managing leasing leads, conducting tours, and supporting renewals.

You will convert prospects into residents through outstanding customer service, product knowledge, and relationship-building, while ensuring compliance with Company policies and Fair Housing.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role.
• Demonstrated sales and closing skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work with a diverse group of people.
• State leasing license or ability to obtain license within required timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Market the community and generate leasing leads.
• Conduct tours and assist with renewals.
• Process lease applications and prepare contracts.
• Maintain knowledge of community and local market.
• Log all prospect information into the Property Management system.
• Respond to emails, voicemails, and texts promptly.
• Post notices to vacate and assist with inspections.
• Support daily property operations under management.
