Job summary

Avenue5 Residential in Tucson, AZ is hiring a Part-Time Floating Leasing Consultant to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins/out, and lease renewals. You will interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and satisfaction.

The role requires strong customer service, the ability to qualify prospects, and experience with property software such as Yardi Voyager. Schedule: Wednesday through Saturday, under 30 hours per week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience is preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience is preferred.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license, clean driving record and current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and retention.
• Qualify prospective residents and schedule property tours.
• Maintain accurate traffic records and monthly leasing reports.
• Assist with planning resident activities to increase retention.
• Ensure model apartments are tour-ready.
