Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours and assist with lease renewals.
• Process lease applications and prepare new leases.
• Inspect units prior to tours and move-ins; coordinate with maintenance.
• Log all inquiries in the property management system and respond to emails/voicemails/texts.
• Stay up to date on promotions and incentives; address notices to vacate if applicable.
