Job summary

Founders Property Management in Paradise Valley, AZ, is seeking a Part-Time Leasing Consultant to deliver exceptional customer service and help residents find housing solutions. You will tour model apartments, discuss layouts, and present terms of lease while processing applications and deposits. Strong communication and a customer-focused approach are essential.

Weekend availability is preferred. This on-site role offers a performance-based bonus.

Qualifications

Proven customer service experience preferred.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Availability to work weekends.
Experience in leasing or retail is a plus.

Responsibilities

Meets with prospective tenants and records information to ascertain needs and qualifications.
Assists prospects in viewing model apartments and discusses size and layout of rooms, available facilities, such as swimming pool and saunas, location of shopping centers, services available, and terms of lease.
Completes lease forms or agreements, ensuring that resident files are accurate and maintained in a secure place.
Keeps track of approval process of each lease file by contacting previous landlords, employers, etc.
Answers incoming phone calls and handles each call accordingly.
Represents the company in a professional manner at all times.
Deals with resident concerns and requests on timely basis to ensure resident satisfaction with management.
