Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins/out, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention.
• Qualify prospective residents, prepare lease documents, and process move-in paperwork.
• Maintain accurate records of traffic, follow up with prospects, and schedule tours.
• Inspect model apartments and ensure move-in readiness.
• Assist with resident relations and handle inquiries promptly.
• Process renewal paperwork and ensure timely documentation delivery.
• Prepare leasing reports and monitor daily open/close procedures.
• Support management with clerical tasks and invoices.
