The 50Twenty Apartments in Madison, WI is seeking a Part Time Leasing Professional. This role focuses on managing the leasing process end-to-end, explaining pricing, floor plans, and community amenities to prospective residents, and following up on inquiries.

It also involves assisting with outreach marketing and planning resident events, plus preparing lease agreements and maintaining records. Schedule includes Saturdays 9am–4pm and 1–2 weekdays with up to 6pm availability, totaling about 20

Responsibilities

• Manage the leasing process from start to finish, identifying needs of potential residents and closing leases.
• Demonstrate understanding of pricing, floor plans, amenities, and other offerings during tours.
• Follow up on phone and internet inquiries from current and prospective residents.
• Assist with outreach marketing and planning of resident events and functions.
• Prepare lease agreements and maintain records using online tools and systems.
