The 50Twenty Apartments in Madison, WI is seeking a Part Time Leasing Professional. This role focuses on managing the leasing process end-to-end, explaining pricing, floor plans, and community amenities to prospective residents, and following up on inquiries.

It also involves assisting with outreach marketing and planning resident events, plus preparing lease agreements and maintaining records. Schedule includes Saturdays 9am–4pm and 1–2 weekdays with up to 6pm availability, totaling about 20

Here's what you'll do:

• Manage the leasing process from start to finish, identifying the needs of potential residents and addressing those needs to close the lease
• Demonstrate an all-inclusive understanding of pricing, floor plans, amenities, and other offerings the community provides while touring prospective residents
• Follow-up on phone and internet inquiries from current and prospective residents
• Utilize your creativity to assist with outreach marketing and planning of resident events and functions
• Prepare lease agreements and maintain records using the most innovative online tools and systems

Schedule

Saturdays 9am - 4pm; 1-2 weekdays a week with availability until 6pm; approximately 20 hours per week
