The 50Twenty Apartments, operated by Fiduciary Real Estate Development, is seeking a part-time Leasing Professional to join a fast-paced, customer-focused team. You will manage leasing from initial contact to closing the lease while communicating pricing, floor plans, and community amenities to prospective residents.

Responsibilities include following up on inquiries, supporting outreach marketing and resident events, and preparing leases with digital record-keeping.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing or customer service is a plus.
