Job summary

You will process applications, coordinate background and credit checks, prepare leases, and collaborate with property management to ensure timely renewals and high resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in leasing, sales or customer service in real estate or property management preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer proficiency including property management software and MS Office.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage prospective residents, provide tours of units and amenities.
