Sares Regis Group Residential in Newport Beach, California, seeks a part-time floating leasing consultant to support communities across the NorCal Bay Area. You will interview prospects, tour model units, explain floor plans and lease terms, and help deliver exceptional resident experiences.

This weekend-only schedule (Saturday–Sunday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM) requires strong sales and guest relations skills, high school diploma, and ability to work with teams.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated sales and customer service experience a must.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Ability to present information and respond to questions from diverse audiences.
• Effective listener and communicator with ability to work well on a team.
• Weekend work availability required.

Responsibilities

• Interviews prospective residents and records information to ascertain needs and qualifications. Inputs information into computer.
• Accompanies prospects to model apartments and discusses size and layout, facilities, and lease terms.
• Qualifies prospective residents, verifying applications and lease documents. Updates records as necessary.
• Completes lease forms and collects deposits and application fees.
• Introduces residents to apartment/property procedures.
• Promotes positive, proactive resident relations to ensure a high-quality living experience.
