Job summary

Woodmont Real Estate Services is seeking a part-time Leasing Consultant for Terrace View Apartments in Daly City, CA. You will greet prospective residents, conduct tours, and highlight amenities to drive occupancy while delivering exceptional customer service.

The role requires 1+ years leasing experience, familiarity with RealPage/Yardi, and strong communication and computer skills. Hours are Mon-Wed, 9:00am-6:00pm, with a focus on a welcoming resident experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of proven leasing background.
• Knowledge of current rental market and marketing desirable.
• Strong oral and written communication skills; professional interpersonal skills.
• Microsoft Office proficiency including Outlook, Word and Excel; RealPage experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and conduct property tours.
• Communicate features and benefits to drive leasing performance.
• Maintain knowledge of floor plans, pricing, availability, and amenities.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism.
• Process leasing applications in compliance with policies and fair housing laws.
• Collaborate with marketing and management teams for outreach and events.
