PeakMade Real Estate is seeking a Part-Time Leasing Consultant to serve as the front-line sales professional at an assigned community, driving occupancy and revenue. You will provide a world-class experience to residents and thrive in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

Responsibilities include converting leads via phone, online, and in-person tours; delivering high-impact tours; following up; maintaining knowledge of pricing and CRM accuracy; and supporting community operations and the annual

Qualifications

• Sales or leasing experience (1+ year required).
• Demonstrated success achieving sales, leasing, or conversion targets.
• Experience using CRM systems such as Yardi, Entrata, RealPage, or similar.
• Strong follow-up discipline with evidence of multi-touch outreach.
• Achieve high prospect satisfaction through timely follow-up and personalized tours.
• Ability to work weekends and peak leasing hours.

Responsibilities

• Convert leads into leases through phone, online, and in-person interactions.
• Deliver high-impact tours that identify needs, create urgency, and close.
• Proactively follow up and nurture leads to maximize conversion.
• Maintain strong knowledge of pricing, availability, and competitors.
• Achieve and exceed community leasing goals and occupancy targets.
• Execute strategies that drive traffic, increase qualified leads, and maximize revenue.
• Respond to leads quickly with a sales first mindset.
• Provide excellent customer service and serve as a representative of PeakMade Real Estate and your community.
• Build rapport quickly and tailor the experience to each prospect.
• Support resident satisfaction to drive renewals and referrals.
• Complete lease paperwork accurately and collect deposits.
• Maintain CRM accuracy and prospect data.
• Support office presentation and model readiness.
• Assist in performance of annual turn process.
• Maintain thorough product knowledge of the property and competition.
• Assist with market surveys as needed.
• Perform various administrative tasks.
• Assist with move out/in events and associated deposits/fees.
