Ross - A Division of Envolve is seeking a Part-Time Leasing Consultant for Townhomes of Craftsman Village in Iowa. The role focuses on on-site leasing coordination, model and apartment presentations, and assisting management with special leasing projects.

Responsibilities include greeting prospective residents, processing applications, and maintaining market knowledge while supporting renewal efforts. Prior experience in customer service or property management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate knowledge of current and future available apartments.
• Complete rental applications and lease packages accurately.
• Greet and assist prospective residents to convert tours into leases.
• Demonstrate models, amenities, and vacant apartments professionally.
• Assist with renewals and retention programs with management.
• Support rent collection and correspondence as needed.
• Prepare weekly traffic and activity reports.
