• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office; experience with Yardi, Entrata, EliseAI, Celeriand, and social media is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and welcome prospective residents to the property.
• Assist in completing market surveys and execute marketing strategies to maintain occupancy.
• Process rental applications accurately and efficiently.
• Guide residents through move-in, ensuring a smooth experience.
• Provide superior customer service and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Process maintenance requests and coordinate with the team for timely resolutions.
