Job summary

Banner Property Management is seeking a personable, part-time Leasing Consultant to join our 120-unit Vernon Hills community. You’ll lead property tours, respond to inquiries, guide prospects through the leasing process, and support resident services.

Weekend availability is required; the role offers 28 hours per week with incentives such as commissions on new leases and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leasing or property management experience is a plus; Yardi/CRM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead property tours and respond to inquiries.
• Guide prospects through the leasing process and complete paperwork.
• Assist with renewals, rent collection, and resident services.
• Support marketing efforts and community events.
