The position requires 1–2 years in leasing and marketing, familiarity with affordable housing programs, and proficiency with MS Office; Yardi knowledge is preferred. Excellent communication and organization are essential.

• Minimum 1-2 years experience in leasing, including affordable housing programs.
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in marketing.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Yardi software knowledge is preferred.
• Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Greets prospects, screens applicants, conducts tours, and secures applications.
• Prepares and qualifies applications based on rental criteria.
• Meets monthly leasing goals and coordinates move‑ins.
• Performs move‑in inspections with Maintenance Supervisor.
• Handles administrative tasks and project work as needed.
