Qualifications

• Proficient in English communication, both verbal and written.
• Experience in hospitality, retail, or food service translates well.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents by phone, email, text and in person; build rapport and conduct property tours.
• Present available units, close leases per standards, and follow up with prospects.
• Ensure homes are clean and presentable for tours, and walk tour paths daily.
