Job summary

Dominium is seeking a part-time Leasing Consultant for Regency Gardens Apartments in Pompano Beach, FL. You’ll engage with prospective residents by phone, in person and online, present properties, and follow up to close leases while maintaining Fair Housing guidelines.

The role requires tours, data entry in Yardi PMS, and assisting applicants with affordable housing documentation. It offers varied hours including evenings/weekends and opportunities to contribute to occupancy goals.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent education.
• Sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends; valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents by phone, email, text and in person; build rapport.
• Present available units, close leases following standards and follow up with prospects.
• Inspect and prepare homes for tours; ensure cleanliness and presentation.
• Know local features and communicate them effectively to prospects.
• Adhere to Fair Housing laws; complete guest cards and enter data in PMS.
• Guide customers through application completion and collect required documents.
• Participate in off-site marketing activities to support occupancy goals.
• Support events and resident retention efforts; complete assigned projects.
