Dominium is seeking a part-time Leasing Consultant at Oak Meadows, a 120-unit community in Cocoa, FL. This role blends customer service and sales, with in-person, phone, and online interactions to present properties and close leases.

Responsibilities include tours, follow-up, data entry in Yardi PMS, adherence to Fair Housing, application assistance, and supporting marketing efforts & resident events. High School diploma and customer service experience preferred; evening/weekend availability may

Formación

• High School or equivalent education.
• Sales or customer service experience preferred, hospitality/retail backgrounds are applicable.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to interact with diverse customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry.
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends; valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist prospective residents by phone, email, text, and in person.
• Present vacant units, conduct tours, and close leases per standards.
• Enter data in Yardi PMS and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing guidelines and document interactions.
• Assist applicants through the housing application process and gather documents.
• Support marketing outreach and community events; aid retention efforts.
