Job summary

Allied Residential in Washington state is seeking a Leasing Consultant to engage prospective residents, show available apartments, and guide applicants through the leasing process. You will deliver exceptional customer service, qualify applicants, and coordinate move-ins.

Responsibilities include conducting property tours, presenting community amenities, coordinating documentation, and supporting occupancy goals through proactive marketing and accurate listings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; prior leasing or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Proficiency in Office 365 and Yardi for leasing and property management.
• Basic math skills including rates, ratios and percentages.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks on-site.
• Tax credit experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents, assess housing needs and qualify applicants.
• Conduct property tours highlighting apartment features and amenities.
• Provide local area information including schools, shopping, and transportation.
• Prepare and process lease agreements, deposits, and documentation.
• Monitor property conditions, coordinate repairs, and maintain listings.
• Support occupancy goals through proactive marketing and promotions.
