Job summary

Venterra is seeking a Part Time Leasing Consultant for The Cape at Grand Harbor. You will drive occupancy by converting leads, showing units, and promoting premium rentables, while delivering exceptional resident experiences.

The role requires 1–3 years in sales or leasing, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to work weekends. Prior multifamily experience and CRM familiarity are preferred. This position is on-site at The Cape at Grand Harbor in Katy, TX.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of sales, leasing, or customer service experience (multifamily preferred).
• Proficiency in CRM tools preferred.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work weekends and a flexible schedule as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve leasing goals by converting leads into leases and promoting premium units and rentables.
• Respond to inquiries promptly, follow up on leads, and maintain a strong pipeline using CRM tools.
• Increase renewal rates by fostering resident relationships and addressing concerns.
• Monitor local rental trends, competitor pricing, and market demand to inform sales strategies.
• Engage with marketing, resident events, and social media to boost occupancy and brand visibility.
• Maintain tour routes and show units to create a positive impression for prospects.
• Deliver a seamless move-in experience that exceeds resident expectations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with residents professionally and empathetically.
