Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience in sales, leasing, or customer service (multifamily experience preferred).
• Proficiency in CRM tools preferred.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work weekends and a flexible schedule as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve leasing goals by converting leads into leases and promoting premium units.
