Job summary

Harbor Group Management Company is seeking a part-time Leasing Specialist to drive occupancy and resident satisfaction at a multifamily community. You will greet prospects, conduct property tours, qualify leads, process rental applications, and assist in lease documentation and move-in readiness.

You will design short- and long-term marketing plans to generate traffic, support renewal efforts, and assist the Property Manager with daily operations to ensure a positive living experience and solid

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of leasing, sales, or customer service experience; PM experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; property management software experience required.
• Experience using social media (Facebook, Instagram) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, conduct property tours, and showcase available apartments.
• Qualify leads, process rental applications, run background and credit checks, and prepare lease documents.
• Ensure units are move-in ready by inspecting them before occupancy and coordinating with maintenance.
• Execute lease agreements and move-in packages, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new residents.
• Design and implement marketing plans to generate traffic and maintain occupancy.
• Promote the community via digital platforms and email campaigns.
• Support resident retention and respond to questions, complaints, and maintenance needs.
• Maintain records of prospect and resident interactions using property management software.
