Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience.
• Successful track record in meeting sales or leasing goals.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Yardi, Entrata, or RealPage.

Responsibilities

• Convert leads into leases through various interactions.
• Deliver impactful tours and maintain strong community knowledge.
• Provide exceptional customer service and facilitate resident satisfaction.

Skills

Sales or leasing experience (1+ year required)

Strong follow-up discipline
