Job summary

Venterra Realty seeks a Part Time Leasing Consultant to drive occupancy at The Cape at Grand Harbor. You will convert leads, show apartments, and deliver exceptional resident experiences while collaborating with the Community Manager.

You should have 1–3 years in sales or leasing, be comfortable with CRM tools, and be available on weekends as needed. This role emphasizes customer service and market-aware leasing strategies.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience in sales, leasing, or customer service (multifamily experience preferred).
• Proficiency in CRM tools preferred.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work weekends and a flexible schedule as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve leasing goals by converting leads into leases and optimizing rent terms.
• Respond to inquiries promptly, follow up on leads, and maintain a strong pipeline using CRM tools.
• Increase renewal rates by fostering resident relationships and addressing concerns.
• Monitor rental trends, competitor pricing, and market demand to inform sales strategies.
• Engage with marketing, resident events, and social media to boost occupancy.
• Maintain tour routes and show units to leave a positive impression.
• Deliver a seamless move‑in experience and exceptional customer service.
