Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 months of related experience and/or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Shows and leases apartments to prospective residents and supports community's marketing plan.
• Ensure the model and target apartments are ready for show; maintain clean, orderly work areas and office.
• Have thorough knowledge of lease terms, specifications and all community policies.
• Be knowledgeable of required telephone and sales techniques.
• Know Fair Housing Standards and leasing/sales methods per Leasing & Marketing Manual.
