Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1–3 months related experience.
• Fair Housing must be completed within 1 day of hire; harassment and drug-free courses within 7 days of hire.
• CAM or RAM designations are highly recommended; Fair Housing Certification within 14 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Show and lease apartments to prospective residents.
• Assist applicants with rental applications and collect security deposits.
• Ensure model and target apartments are ready and maintain clean work areas and office.
• Know lease terms, policies and current rental rates; use sales techniques.
• Maintain contact with apartment locator services and local businesses for materials.
