The position is part-time and requires excellent communication, organization, and teamwork with the Community Manager and Leasing Manager.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required or actively pursuing a degree.
• Active enrollment in a 2- or 4-year program preferred.
• Experience may substitute for education where appropriate.”
• Able to communicate professionally with residents and team members.
• Comfort with basic administrative tasks and light cleaning duties.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent service to residents, prospects, and visitors.
• Handle lease and resident communications; basic admin duties.
• Assist in leasing apartments in line with budget guidance.
• Follow Fair Housing standards in all interactions.
• Support outside marketing activities under supervision.
• Process applications including credit and income verifications and background checks.
• Prepare lease packets and ensure proper documentation and signatures.
• Verify apartment condition prior to move-in and conduct final inspections.
• Assist with renewals and annual renewal campaigns.
• Perform daily marketing inspections and maintain model areas and amenities.
