• Leasing and sales: conduct property tours, follow up with prospects, process applications and verifications, support renewals.
• Resident experience: respond to inquiries, build relationships, resolve issues, plan resident events and communicate policies.
• Operations & administration: maintain lease files, manage work orders, assist with reporting and office organization.
