Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage all leasing, marketing and resident-relations activities for a property. Regular onsite attendance is required, with duties including tours, lead generation, lease signings and coordinating turnover.

You will maintain accurate traffic and leasing data, respond to inquiries within 24 hours, and support in developing retention programs. A high school diploma and basic software knowledge are required.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and on-site software familiarity.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
