Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage all aspects of leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations for a property. Regular on-site attendance is required, with duties including greeting prospects, tours, lease signings, and follow-up tasks.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, timely response to inquiries, and accurate data management. On-site software proficiency, knowledge of Fair Housing Laws, and OSHA requirements are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Maintain positive resident relations and respond to resident requests within 24 hours.
• Conduct leasing paperwork and follow up on leads to achieve leasing goals.
• Assist with lease audits, walk units, and the turn process.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data.
