Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Conduct tours and close sales; generate leads and follow up as needed.
• Maintain positive resident relations and address complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist in lease audits, market surveys, and turnover processes; manage prospect traffic.
