Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to support property leasing and administration on-site. You will greet prospective residents, show communities, sign leases, and manage timely follow-up and paperwork to close deals.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate prospect traffic, applying marketing strategies, handling resident inquiries, and assisting with retention programs while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing laws and OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and on-site software proficiency.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Maintain prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Assist in developing and implementing marketing plans and outreach.
• Deal with resident complaints and requests to ensure satisfaction.
• Complete leasing paperwork and assist with audits and turn process.
