Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage all leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a property. Regular onsite attendance is required, with responsibilities including showing, leasing, tours, closing sales, and handling paperwork.

You will assist in lease audits, maintain prospect data, and implement marketing plans. Strong customer service, adherence to Fair Housing laws, and basic computer skills are essential. Salary ranges from $15–$17 per hour with full benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Property Leasing and Administration
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required
• Effectively show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Conducts all leasing functions to close the sale, including making appointments, generating new leads, conducting tours, maintaining model units, and follow-up
• Completes all leasing paperwork before move-in
• Assisting with lease audits, walking units, and turn process
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data, responding to prospect leads within 24 hours
• Utilize established sales and marketing strategies to increase property traffic and close leasing goals
• Perform various administrative tasks as needed
• Deal with resident complaints, concerns, and requests to ensure resident satisfaction
• Assist in developing and implementing resident retention programs
• Contribute to general upkeep and cleaning of office, common areas, and model
• Assist in implementing annual marketing plan outreach
• Review market surveys to generate ideas and plans
• Maintain knowledge of property, competition, and market conditions; complete weekly market survey report
• Customer &Resident Relations
• Manage excellent customer service and monitor service request turnaround and responsiveness
• Projects a favorable image of the community to achieve objectives
• Ensure consistency in dealing with residents on all matters
• Enforce policies delegated by supervisor
