Job summary

JSM Living is seeking a part-time Leasing Agent to support residential leasing operations in Champaign, IL. The role emphasizes customer-centered service and team collaboration, with a focus on tours, lead follow-up, and lease paperwork.

Responsibilities include greeting residents and visitors, generating lease documentation, preparing move-in materials, and assisting with resident events. A valid driver’s license is required, and weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Must be able to work during the summer and on university breaks.
• Required to work 2 Saturdays a month.
• Ideal candidates will be able to work a minimum of 15-20 hours a week.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous and professional service to residents and visitors, including greeting in the office, answering calls and emails, and booking tours.
• Conduct daily leasing activities: respond to leads, conduct property/unit tours, follow up with prospects, and prepare lease paperwork.
• Prepare marketing materials for tours and move-in day materials for new residents.
• Assist with Resident events planning, prep, and execution.
• Drive company vehicles for property tours and other tasks; must have a valid driver’s license.
