Job summary

GMH Communities in Champaign, IL seeks a Community/Leasing Assistant to support leasing and resident services. This regular part-time position involves front-desk duties, tours, lease generation, and coordinating resident activities, reporting to the Leasing Manager, and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing laws.

You will engage with residents and prospects via in-person, phone, and email, manage walk-ins, process leases, and contribute to events.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive resident relations through outstanding service
• Participate in the daily operations of the property
• Process leases and accompanying paperwork

• Assist with leasing events and activities
• Participate in resident retention events and activities
• Actively participate in the GMHgo initiative
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotation
• Thorough knowledge of office applications and company policies
