Job summary

JSM Living in Champaign, IL is seeking a part-time Leasing Agent to support residential leasing operations. You will greet residents and visitors, answer phones and emails, book tours, and conduct property tours to prospective residents.

This role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to work during summer when UIUC is not in session, and availability for at least 15–20 hours per week including two Saturdays per month; compensation includes $16 per hour plus potential commissions and

Qualifications

• A valid driver's license is required.
• Must be able to work during the summer and on breaks when the University of Illinois is not in session.
• Required to work 2 Saturdays a month.
• Ideal candidates will be able to work a minimum of 15-20 hours a week (day time hours).

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous and professional service to residents and visitors, including greeting them in the office, answering phone calls and emails, and booking tour appointments.
• Conduct daily leasing activities, such as responding to new leads, conducting property/unit tours for potential residents, following up with prospects, and generating lease paperwork.
• Prepare marketing materials for touring, move-in day materials for incoming residents, etc.
• Assist with all Resident event activities, including planning, prep, and executing resident events
• Drive company vehicles as needed for property tours and other job-related tasks; must have a valid driver's license.
