Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant sales and customer service experience.
• Valid driver's license; driving is a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for and conduct apartment tours, especially during peak season.
• Be knowledgeable about current promotions, amenities, and renovations to provide accurate information.
• Collaborate with the Residential team to execute leasing operations and achieve sales goals.
• Assist with customer service activities such as greeting visitors and answering inquiries via email/phone.
• Ensure properties and leases are accurately presented.
• Track leasing and sales data and provide feedback as directed.
• Support seasonal projects and on-the-job training of part-time staff.
