• 2 years of relevant sales and customer service experience.
• Valid driver’s license; driving is a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Prep for and conduct apartment tours across properties.
• Provide accurate information on promotions, amenities and renovations.
• Collaborate with Residential team to meet sales goals and manage leasing tasks.
• Greet customers, answer calls, respond to emails, and assist with inquiries.
• Present properties and leases professionally and maintain reports.
• Support seasonal projects and mentor part-time staff.
