Responsibilities

• Greet and engage prospective residents, delivering an exceptional first impression.
• Tour model units, available apartments, and amenities.
• Convert leads into leases with strong closing techniques.
• Respond to phone, email, and internet inquiries promptly.
• Assist prospects with the online application and leasing process.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data.
