Job summary

DTN in Novi, MI is seeking a part-time Leasing Agent to generate leads, tour properties, and convert prospects into residents. This role serves as the primary contact for potential and current residents, delivering friendly, professional service.

You will work within a team to exceed property goals, build positive relationships with neighbors and staff, and learn Yardi and Microsoft 365 tools to track leads and lease activity. Weekend rotations apply; transportation required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Well organized with ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Experience or ability to learn Yardi and Microsoft 365 tools.
• Experience or ability to learn social media and reputation management websites including Facebook, Instagram and Snapchat.
• Motivation to learn, consistently improve, and have a can-do attitude/collaborative mindset.
• People skills required to educate, support and overcome objections of current/future residents.
• Reliable transportation to get to work daily and to conduct daily job responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Generate, manage and convert leads into lease agreements for new and current residents.
• Have positive/professional relations with employees, future/current residents and community members.
• Give property tours and serve as primary point of contact for potential and current residents.
• Work as part of a team to exceed property goals.
