Qualifications

• Associates degree or 60 college hours and one year of related work experience.
• Preferred: advanced college coursework or degrees.
• Experience in a college or university Writing Center is a plus.
• Experience teaching or tutoring ESOL/ESL adult learners is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a knowledgeable resource to students, faculty, staff, and community.
• Oversee front desk operations and manage scheduling and calendar tasks.
• Assist with library materials, technology, and maker space equipment.
• Provide tutoring and academic coaching in Learning Support.
• Support customer service goals and uphold campus service standards.
