Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in leadership development, management development, professional skills training, learning and development, organizational development, or a closely related field.
• Significant experience facilitating professional adult learners.
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate interactive learning using discussion, case studies, scenarios, role play, small-group work, reflection, feedback, and applied exercises.
• Residence within reasonable commuting distance of the Cleveland metropolitan area and availability for recurring onsite delivery.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and significant professional experience
