Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking energetic leaders for the Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader roles. You will drive sales, merchandise presentation, and store operations while partnering with the Store Manager to develop teammates and guest experiences.

As part of the Leadership Team, you will greet guests, coach teammates, perform POS duties, ensure visual standards, and help manage daily tasks. Flexible schedule including weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Leadership and guest-service mindset required.
• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Ability to coach teammates and maintain store standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in customer service and store presentation.
• Assist with recruiting, training, and developing teammates.
• Perform sales, merchandising, and operational tasks as directed by store management.
• Maintain visual standards and ensure efficient POS procedures.
• Support store management in achieving sales goals and guest satisfaction.
