Qualifications

• Oversee and implement the Special Education evaluation process for all students at the assigned school location.
• Chair Initial and Reevaluation meetings as well as other meetings as assigned.
• Provide support, information, and assistance to staff and parents to promote student learning and adjustment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate students at the assigned school location.
• Interpret test results for students, parents, and staff.
• Lead team meetings and prepare testing reports per SPED regulations.
• Support the MTSS process with interventions and referrals for evaluation.
• Maintain complete and confidential SPED records meeting state and federal regulations.
• Collaborate with outside agencies serving students and families.
