Qualifications
- MSW from CSWE-accredited program or candidacy status by CSWE.
- Oregon LCSW, Washington CSW Independent, or license in any state where care is delivered.
- At least 2 years of relevant social work experience.
Responsibilities
- Conduct biopsychosocial and spiritual assessments, diagnosis and treatment/interventions.
- Collaborate with patients and support systems to implement evidence-informed care plans.
- Work with Inter/Multidisciplinary Team across inpatient/outpatient populations.
- Adhere to NASW Code of Ethics, Standards of Practice, and Providence mission.
