Job summary

Providence Seaside Hospital is seeking a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) for an on-call, variable schedule position on the North Oregon Coast. The LCSW will independently assess, diagnose, and provide treatment/interventions for patients and their support networks, collaborating with an IDT to develop person-centered care plans.

Responsibilities include biopsychosocial/spiritual assessments, adherence to NASW ethics, and contributing to a culture of patient-focused, whole‑person care

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work from a CSWE Accredited School or candidate status by CSWE.

Responsibilities

• Conduct biopsychosocial/spiritual assessments and provide diagnosis and/or treatment/interventions.
• Collaborate with patient and support system to develop care plans.
• Coordinate with Inter/Multi-Disciplinary Team (IDT) across care continuum.
• Uphold NASW ethics, SOP, and Providence mission.
