Job summary

BNI Global seeks a Launch Director Consultant to drive outside sales, educate prospects, and recruit new Members through in-person and virtual engagement at events and meetings. This part-time role focuses on building networks, closing sales, and growing a regional chapter.

Work includes flexible hours, occasional evenings and weekends, and performance-based earnings. You will maintain records, follow a sales pipeline, and collaborate with the Regional Support Team to ensure member success and

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver's license required.
• 2+ years' professional work experience in sales.
• Experience in customer support and account management.
• Strong time management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and profit goals by prospecting and closing sales outside of home office.
• Educate and sell to in-person and virtual prospects the benefits of BNI services weekly.
• Close sale transactions to reduce Membership churn while maximizing value.
• Develop and implement a sales pipeline and recruitment strategy with manager.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales leads and Member accounts.
• Coach applicants to learn and achieve key milestones.
• Foster a positive relationship between Forming Chapters and Regional Support Team.
• Participate in Weekly Success Calls to report status, successes, and challenges.
• Execute additional duties to reflect core values and mission.
